Terms of Service

DeltaForm is an options-modeling tool. In these terms, “DeltaForm”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the service, and “you” means the person using it.

DeltaForm lets you build multi-leg options positions and see their modeled profit and loss, Greeks, and scenario outcomes. It is an analysis tool. It is not a broker, it does not hold your money, and it cannot place, route, or execute a trade.

Nothing in DeltaForm is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every number the app shows is a model output derived from the assumptions you set and from market data we receive from third parties. Model outputs are hypothetical and do not predict or guarantee any real result.

Options trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you put in. Decisions you make using DeltaForm are yours alone. If you are unsure, speak to a licensed adviser.

You need an account to use DeltaForm. You may sign up with an email address and password, or with a supported single sign-on provider. You must give accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One account is for one person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use DeltaForm.

DeltaForm has a Free plan and paid Live and Pro plans. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website and in the app at the point of purchase.

• Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and one trial is available per account.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically and your payment method is charged for the first period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and no refunds are given except where the law requires them.
• If a payment fails, paid features are suspended until the payment succeeds; your data is kept and access returns as soon as billing is current.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you. We may change prices, and we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

DeltaForm shows market data licensed from third-party providers. That data is made available to you for your own personal analysis inside DeltaForm only. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, scrape, or bulk-export it, or use it to build a competing data product.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant its accuracy or timeliness, and neither we nor our data providers are liable for decisions you make on the strength of it. If a provider changes or withdraws a feed, the affected features may change with it.

You agree not to:

• share your account, or resell access to DeltaForm;
• copy, scrape, or systematically extract data or content from the service;
• reverse-engineer the app, or try to get around plan limits, rate limits, or security controls;
• interfere with the service or place unreasonable load on it; or
• use DeltaForm to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.

The portfolios, positions, and assumptions you save stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and display them so the service works for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to build products for anyone else.

Everything else — the app, its design, and its code — belongs to us, and using DeltaForm does not transfer any of it to you.

We aim to keep DeltaForm running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may schedule maintenance. Market data depends on providers and exchanges we do not control.

You can stop using DeltaForm at any time and cancel a paid plan from the billing portal. To delete your account entirely, email us at support@deltaform.app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to close by law, or that is being used to harm the service or other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

DeltaForm is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of any data or model output.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice — by email or in the app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use DeltaForm after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
